Our mixed-level spring choreography series is suitable for those with a solid foundation in movement up through intermediate dancers and begins Wednesday 11/5, at our new home Thrive Movement Arts. This piece is a collaboration with a beloved Bay Area troupe, and will be presented at the 3rd annual Capital City Raqs Festival, in Sacramento, March 20-22, as well as other events in Northern California.
Monthly cost: $50, payable to the instructor prior to the first class. Sessions are 2 hours in length.
Drop-in is on "hold" and not available for this series.
COVID Protocol: In compliance with Sacramento County requirements, masks are not required at this time.

Trudie Hegel has over 20 years of study with the best dancers the MENAHT and Fusion Bellydance communities have to offer. Her education has been varied with studies in Turkish and Egyptian dance and Hot Pot Fusion and ITS. Trudie is a member of the Sacramento Salimpour Collective and proud to have completed both of the globally recognized Suhaila and Jamila Salimpour Level 1 certifications, as well as other established Fusion Bellydance programs. Trudie is the creative director of the all-inclusive group of amateur dancers known as Hoi Polloi Fusion Dance, established in 2013.
